This initiative is part of a vast program commemorating the 380th Anniversary of the Signing of the Treaty of Eilenburg, which will take place during the year 2026 and has the support of ENPP.
Signed on March 31, 1646, the Treaty of Eilenburg was a peace agreement between Saxony and Sweden that ended the Thirty Years’ War for the Electorate of Saxony. It was part of the final negotiations that extended the earlier Armistice of Kötzschenbroda (1645), leading directly to the Peace of Westphalia.
