The 16th ENPP European Meeting, which includes the Association’s Ordinary General Assembly, will take place in Bucharest, Romania. It is organized by the local member “Youth Forum”, head by Ms. Lidia Stoichici with the support of the Municipality Sector 3 Bucharest, head by the Mayor Mr. Robert Sorin Negoiță, where the General Assembly will be held.
The ENPP European Meeting will take place from September 11th to 14th, 2025. The Program includes, in addition to the General Assembly on the 12th, informal meetings between ENPP members, several visits in the city of Bucharest and a Farewell Dinner on September 13th. ENPP member delegations will return to their countries on September 14th.
To date, delegations from 11 of the 16 collective members of the ENPP from 9 European countries have been confirmed: Portugal, Spain, the Netherlands, Germany, Croatia, Turkey, Bulgaria, Romania, and Ukraine. This number of confirmations confirms that this European Meeting will be the most attended ever and reflects the Network’s moment of great affirmation and its increased relevance in the European context.
The highlight of this Meeting will be the ENPP Ordinary General Assembly, which is expected to include the approval of the ENPP Budget for 2026 and the submission of new applications for 2026 to the ERASMUS+ program, the Council of Europe Cultural Routes, and the European Creative Europe program.
