Kaynardzha Municipality (Bulgaria) celebrated the International Peace Day, last 21 September, with an exhibition of drawings made by students of the schools of the Municipality under the theme of Peace and under the auspices of the ENPP.
Kaynardzha Municipality has been a member of the ENPP since 2015 and the well-known Kyuchyuk-Kaynardzha Peace Treaty was signed there and ended the Russian-Turkish War of 1768/1774.
Despite the main theme of the exhibition being Peace, the students of Kaynardzha schools used in their drawings many elements related to nature conservation, significantly establishing a relationship between the two themes – Nature and Peace.
